Tidal Wave Car Wash

“Today I went to the Tidal Wave carwash because it was 50 degrees outside and wanted to wash my car. Well the water barely came out of the wand and by the time I covered my auto with soap my 3 minutes was up! Didn't want to spend any more money so went home and hozed off the soap from my car. This is usually a great car wash and something must have gone wrong.” -

“This car wash shattered my sunroof. While the manager was eager to get it repaired on their dime, it was installed poorly; and now rattles really bad. After the second trip I was told it was fixed. This was not the case and is worse than before. They wont do anything to fix the problem siting that my car is the problem. My Volvo was rattle free and the owner will not return a phone call. \n \nDo not use this car wash. I repeat, do not use this car wash.”
