“I paid $10 and my car was still dirty. There was bird poop on my hood that wasn't cleaned and soap was not rinsed off on the right side of my car. I called the number to complain and the recording said someone would call me. No one has! Would not use again because there is no customer service!” -

“Stopped this morning to have car washed by the automatic wash. Paid for the ultimate, pulled in as directed, car was washed with no soap. Not very clean that's for sure. \nTried calling the 419-528-3176 number and it say it is no longer in service. How can I get compensated for my loss?” -

“they do an excellent job cleaning my car! i go there weekly because i take a lot of pride in my car. the staff is great and always so helpful. if people would wash their cars more often, they wouldnt complain when something isnt cleaned good enough. \n”
